- Subscription Payments: Refunds are available only if the service was not provided as described or is defective.
- Requesting Refunds: Contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction with proof of issue.
- Processing: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Non-Refundable: Payments made for premium features used or subscribed beyond the refund period are non-refundable.
